Terms of Use – Returnity™ Guide for Mums

The Returnity™ Guide for Mums (the “Programme”) is owned and operated by Spring Back Guide Ltd (“the Company”). All content within the Programme is strictly confidential and proprietary.
1. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of the Programme — including but not limited to video content, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, language, concepts, branding, and course structure — are the exclusive intellectual property of Spring Back Guide Ltd and are protected under UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
2. Licence and Permitted Use
Access to the Programme is granted on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your individual use only.
You are not purchasing the content. You are being granted permission to access it under strict conditions.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not, under any circumstances, without the prior written consent of Spring Back Guide Ltd:
Copy, reproduce, record, download, screenshot, or store any part of the Programme
Share, forward, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, or transmit any content to any third party
Make Programme content available to colleagues, friends, family members, employers, or online platforms
Use the content to create derivative works, training materials, coaching programmes, or competing services
Allow any third party to access the Programme using your login details
Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company actively monitors access and usage.
Unauthorised sharing or misuse will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
5. Consequences of Breach
Spring Back Guide Ltd reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies where misuse, copying, or distribution is identified.
This includes, but is not limited to, claims for financial loss, reputational damage, and infringement of intellectual property rights.
6. No Waiver
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
